4 Pack—Beef Bierock
Local beef, cabbage, onion, and spices cooked together, wrapped in a roll, then baked until golden. Four bierocks to have on hand. Eat them now or save a few for later.
Breakfast Bierock
No spork needed. Egg, local chorizo, chiles, and cheese tucked inside. A little heat in a soft roll.
Dinner

Four beef bierocks and two cookie bars. Enough for dinner, with something sweet afterward.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar — 2-Pack
Save room. Golden brown butter, plenty of chocolate chips, deliciously crisp edges, and a chewy center. The cookie bar you remember.
Belgian Brownie — 2-Pack
We tried a lot of brownies. This is the one we kept. Deep chocolate flavor, a glossy top, and a chewy, fudgy center.

What goes into it
Made close to home.
Rise is a small, woman-owned Kansas bakery with a short menu on purpose. We buy the main ingredients close to home when we can with premium meats like local beef and chorizo—and choose the rest because they make the food taste right.
Good baking starts with good cooking, so we take the time to cook the filling, brown the butter, and do the parts that make a difference.
The menu stays small, and each item earns its place. We’d rather make a few things very well than make everything.
